영역시 불면 Insomnia

불면

정처 없던 청춘시절의

허기진 불면은

자정도 멀리 지나

신 새벽을 바라보며

뒤척이는 늑골 틈바구니에서

자음이 되어

허영의 메뉴로 튀어나왔지

쇠렌 키르케고르, 임마누엘 칸트

괴테, 파스칼, 체 게바라

다산, 퇴계

 

쌓은 공덕도 없이 찾아온

만년의 불면은

뼈 마디마디에서 모질도록 연마되어

신 새벽에는 모음으로 삐져서나온다

아-에-이-오-우

신음 소리 속에

아침은 아직 먼데

The hunger of the sleepless young days

which continued without measure,

passed midnight to the new dawn.

The pain squeezed through

the tossing rib cage and

popped out as consonants, menu of vanity;

Soren Kierkegaard, Immanuel Kant,

Goethe, Pascal, Che Guevara,

Dasan, Toegoe, etc.

 

The failing sleep of old age,

which came without accumulated merit,

is honed at the bone joints and

protrudes as vowels; a-e-i-o-u at the new dawn.

In the sound of moaning,

the morning is still far away.
